Hardest Boss Ever?

How’s this for an end of level boss?

It’s taken from the Japanese game Mushihime-sama, which apparently means Insect Princess. And, as you can see, it’s a vertical scrolling shoot-em-up (kinda like Ikaruga), but with millions and millions of bullets being simultaneously fired at you. From the video it kinda looks like the actual area of the ship that can get hit is quite small, but still, the area of the screen that’s actually safe is insane. Oh, and according to Wikipedia, this games sequel is actually more difficult. Fantastic.

Condemned 2: Bloodshot GT Review

The GameTrailers video review for Condemned 2: Bloodshot is up on their website. It’s a good review and it covers all the points really well. They do say, however, that the combat is pretty much the same as the first and can become a bit clunky, especially when fighting more than one enemy. The sheer creepiness and horror aspects make up for it though.

I’m not 100% sure if I’ll pick it up when it comes out on the 28th of March over here (apparently). But if I do, it’ll probably be for the PS3 so I can actually play online (no Xbox Live, I’m afraid).
